Days 1 & 2: Nairobi/Amboseli, Kenya

Your safari in Kenya starts this morning, when your guide collects you from your hotel for your drive to Amboseli National Park. Upon arrival, you enjoy lunch before departing on your first, extensive afternoon game drive. You return to camp for dinner.

Amboseli National Park provides the classic image of an authentic African Game Reserve. Set in rolling savannah, the size of this Park is paled by comparison to the Mount Kilimanjaro, which stands at 5,896 metres. Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest free standing mountain in the world.

Set against this spectacular backdrop roam herds of Elephant, Lion, Buffalo, Cheetah, Giraffe, Baboon, Gazelle, Hippo and Wildebeest. Amboseli is also home to over 400 species of bird and an abundance of flora.

You spend your days at Amboseli exploring this fascinating and diverse Park. Overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge and all meals is included in your stay.

Day 3: Amboseli,Kenya / Lake Manyara, Tanzania

On day 3 of your safari in Kenya, you wake up early for your drive across the Kenya/Tanzania border to Lake Manyara, enjoying a picnic lunch en route. A late afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Lodge or similar full board included.

Lake Manyara may be small, but is amazingly interesting. It includes part of the Great Rift Valley Escarpment, and the alkaline lake gives it its name. The Lake is also known for its prolific bird life.

Day 4: Lake Manyara/Serengeti, Tanzania

You enjoy a morning drive to the Serengeti Game Reserve, where you will arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. An afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge or similar full board is included.

Day 5: Serengeti, Tanzania

Explore the unique and breathtaking Serengeti. Morning and afternoon game drives in the Crater, dinner and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge or similar full board is included.

Day 6: Serengeti/Ngorongoro, Tanzania

A morning game drive to Ngorongoro proves spectacular. You arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. An afternoon game drive in the Crater, dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge or similar full board is included.

Day 7: Ngorongoro, Tanzania

You will enjoy a game drive in the Crater with picnic lunch on day 7 of your safari in Kenya. Game drive, lunch, dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge or similar full board is included.

Day 8: Depart

After breakfast, drive across the border with a picnic lunch en route to Nairobi.
