From December to March, the days are hot and sunny, with cloudless skies dominating. Sun worshippers and those escaping the cold can enjoy temperatures in Tanzania that range from mid-twenties to balmy low thirties.
Tanzania's equatorial climate brings 2 seasons of rain each year. The 'masika' is long rains that fall from mid-March to end of May. The 'mvuli' is short rains that fall periodically through November and parts of December and sometimes stretch into early January. |
